An attention task

Hello,

In a task I am making in Direct RT v.2008, both the text stimuli and and a blank screen (acting as inter-trial interval) are presented for random periods of time (although the durations are different for stimuli and blank screen). However, I want to be able to record whether or not (and the RT as well) the space bar is pressed during any trial, whether it is during the stimulus or the blank screen.

Is this possible? If so, may someone tell me how?
