Introduction

This thread has been created as a summary of alternate strategies for integrating videos within MediaLab, as well as strategies for dealing with issues involving video playback within MediaLab, primarily versions 2008 and prior.

Most versions of MediaLab (through v2008) can be persuaded to play just about any video file if one or more of the strategies below are applied. Note that MediaLab v2010 (due out by year end) has been modified to minimize the occasional need for the alternate strategies outlined below.
