    Background/Quickstlyes Files Not Displaying

I have version 2002.4 and am trying to use the background command.
When trying to use the background command for multiple responses. I
select multiple responses and then in the background, I put in the
location of the file, such as C:\Documents and
Settings\Psychology\Desktop\Lily\Thesis\MVQINS.doc , it is also in the
exp. file. However, the file is never called and a blank screen shows
up. I have also had this problem with quickstyles. For some reason the files are not being called. Can you please help me?

The problem seems to be arising due to the file-type. I'm not 100% positive, but I don't believe .doc files can work as a background file in the 2002 version of MediaLab.
One possible solution may be to save the .doc file as an HTML file from within Microsoft Word. From here, try referencing the HTML file as a background.

Also - make sure to check up on .que backgrounds and their parameters from within the MediaLab help file.

Thanks. Since, the word doc wasn't working, I just went ahead
and created .jpeg files and that solved all my problems.
