response in output not maching correct column

    Hello,
To my understanding according to the "help" section, the "resp" column is supposed to give the response the subject actually pressed, right? Because in the outputs of my experiment it looks like it gives the expected "true" response always, regardless of what the subject pressed. I'm using directRT for an IAT experiment, so that in each block, each sentence I'm showing as simulus has one correct response (for example, "I"). When I'm looking at the excell output file, the specific sentence in the specific block has always the same "resp"- "I", although some of the times the "correct" column says the subject made a "FALSE" response..!
Do you have any idea as to how can I know what the subject actually pressed?
    Thanks a lot!

Another related question: RT in IAT

In the IAT experiment I'm using, a correct response is required to move to the next stimulus (rt:23,18 in the time column). So is the RT the time untill the first response, or until the correct one?..
    Thanks again!

Out of curiosity, what version of DirectRT are you currently using?

Some notes about requiring correct responses:
    • The data file will reflect the response time to hit the correct key
    • The key code recorded will be that of the correct key
    • You can identify that an incorrect key was pressed first by looking in the "Correct" columnthose
trials on which an incorrect key was pressed first will be labeled as "False.'
    • The style you apply to the incorrect response prompt should usually have a min-max value
of 0. This will inhibit DirectRT from prompting subjects to go faster after hitting the correct
key. This might be desirable since they probably feel bad enough that they got the answer
    wrong.
    • The incorrect prompt will never be applied to any response that only has one valid response
option (including rt:any) . This makes it easy to include instructions screens without the risk
    of an inappropriate prompt.
