We are administering surveys in English and Spanish. Is there any way to have the data from both experiments write into the same files--thus having one set of data files to deal with instead of two?

You could approach this in a number of ways. The most conservative is of course to create identical copies of the experiment in separate folders--one for each language, and merge the data files later on. If this was a one time thing, I'd go that way.
An alternative to get all the data in one set of files would be to use language as a betweeen subjects condition in your experiment. One condition gets Spanish, the other English. Create identical copies of all your questionnaires, varying only the language. Make sure all the variable names are identical. If you do that then you should be able to use the data from the byVariableNames folder to access all data in a single location.
