    Convert PDF to image file

I need to display a PDF document on the screen, is there a way to do so? Is there a way to convert it to an image file (BMP, JPEG, GIF), so that I can insert it in the background option of a scale response item? In other words, I'd like to have the PDF image and response options available on the same screen.

    Thank you.

Easiest way would be to take a screen shot of it. Just pull it up on screen so it looks the way you want it to appear. Press the PrintScreen key on your keyboard. Past the image (which is now in the Windows Clipboard) into any image editor and crop it the way you like. Save it as a jpg or bmp. VoilĂ !

Alternately you could use HTML and embed the PDF within an HTML page--and then display that HTML rather than an image. This might be easier if you have many PDFs because you would not have to convert them all.
