I have e-mailed the service, sales, and support e-mails numerous times trying to get my activation code (not a trial code) for DirectRT. My payment should have been received as it was sent weeks ago. I have not received any responses, except for one response with a trial code (which I have already used). I have tried e-mailing and leaving a voice message on the voicemail system, multiple times. If somene could please help me with this, I would be so grateful. My study cannot begin until I have this activation code, and I have had no success in being contacted by someone to get this code.
