    Fill-in-the-blank

How do I lower the answer option fill-in-the-blank and place it at the bottom of the page when I run the questionnaire, so it will not cover my lengthy original question? Is this possible?

I think you can use a top (t) parameter to set how far down the blank starts, e.g., (t.7) would place it 70% of the way down the screen. You can also use left (l), width (w) and height (h) parameters in a similar manner for this as well as for essay text boxes.
