real time visual display of audio capture?

I am using dragonspeak software to display spoken words to subjects in real time. I would like to know how to dump these real time responses into ML (from, for example, a word file), so that immediate visual feedback regarding the number of words and content can be presented. Alternatively, if I could use dragonspeak with ML, that would make things even easier!
    Thanks for any help,
    Chris

I haven't used Dragonspeak in quite a few years. Is there an HTML interface available for it, such that you can create a webpage that captures the voice in a similar manner as Word? If so, it might be possible to create a custom item that saves the word data.
