first words of stimlist not presented correctly

I am using a list of words (stimset1) as stimuli and the $stimset1 command to draw from it randomly without replacement.
I always encounter the problem, that the first word in the file is not presented correctly - what might cause this?

    thanks

Can you elaborate on what you mean by it not being presented correctly?

    How was this resolved?

I too keep getting the text "listname.txt not found" appearing for a list that works perfectly fine for other stimuli.

Can you zip and post a simplified sample so I can try to replicate it here?

    Problem solved

Apparently, this occurred because of a typo in the name of a stimulus list that preceded the stimulus list that was giving me problems.
