    prevent continuing on HTML page

I have a fairly long custom item, including 22 separate scale response type questions. I made it as HTML so that everything appears on one page. But the downside is that it seems participants can continue without answering all (or even any) of the questions. How can I prevent them from continuing until they've selected a response option from each dropdown menu? Is Javascript required, or even possible?

I've played with this a bit myself but I'm not an expert at all on HTML form validation. I can write an easy script to check one radio item but not one that loops through 22. You might just do a quick google search on "html form validation multiple radio loop" or something like that. If you come up with nothing, let me know and I'll search around for something that might work. Would certainly be a handy bit of code.

Hi, did you ever figure out how to do this? I want to do the same thing. I'll search the web, too.

Sorry, never did figure out a way to do this. However, I found participants generally answered all the items anyway, so it wasn't really a problem.
