I select the sequence eg:
AA1 0,0,1 560 ~ 0,0,1 80 AA2 0,0,1 rt:any ~ 0,0,1 80
and copy it and paste it repeatedly along the same row

The excel file runs in directrt with a shorter length of row (less repetitions), but not when i copy and paste more in.
Is there a limit to the length of excel row DirectRT will run?

Changing the image size has corrected the alignment problem!
But when I increased the length of the rows, simply by copying and pasting the original sequences, it has got one of those...
