Note that this issue is fixed in DirectRT v2012 and the registry fix noted above is no longer necessary.

This, I believe, is fixed in MediaLab v2012.

There was a bug in v2012 (up to v2012.4.151) that was preventing DirectRT from creating a "Voice"...
