MediaLab 2010.3 and DirectRT 2010.2 issues (Freezing + Error#6)

We were setting up a study in the lab machines (Win 7 32bit) on MediaLab that has a DirectRT session embedded and we are having a couple of issues:

1. Sometimes (and this is not consistent) when running the DirectRT session alone, I receive an error message: Error #6 overflow (please see attachment).

2. When we try to run the DirectRT istance from the MediaLab file DirectRT doesn’t start and the screen get stuck on a blank screen and MediaLab freezes. (please find attached the experiment file – DotProbeTask.exp is the main file)

Strangely enough, I tried to run it on my computer (Win 7 84 bit; MediaLab 2010.1.15 and DirectRT 2010.2.103.1115) it works without a problem, while using the lab machines we have those issues (MediaLab 2010.3.102 and DirectRT 2010.3.0.109).
