Transferring DirectRT license from one device to another (case 23929)
Hi,
I am trying to transfer a DirectRT license from a laptop to a desktop. The version of DirectRT will remain the same (V2012). I have downloaded the version on the desktop and emailed [EMAIL="service@empirisoft.com"]service@empirisoft.com[/EMAIL] to request the activation code. However I have not yet received a response.
Is there anything else I can do to ensure a timely and successful transfer of license from the laptop to desktop.
