Interactive Tutorial in WinHelp Format

I have a user who is trying to open the interactive tutorial located here: [URL]http://www.empirisoft.com/directrt/help/..%5Ctutorial.hlp[/URL]

She has both Windows 7 and Vista computers and the file will not open even after installing the WinHelp updates for 7 and Vista located on the Microsoft Support website ([url]http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=91[/url]) and enabling the required macros in the registry.

Are there any alternative formats or do you have plans to update your help files for users with newer O/S?
