Stimuli based on response ratio

Hi All,

Just wondering if it is possible to programme Medialab to present a stimulus based on a ratio of correct responses?

Essentially, what I need is to present a stimuli on screen and ask a participant to type in their response (Easy enough!). If they get it correct then they shall see a blank screen, but I want to add a screen where they see a negative image following 1 out of 10 correct responses? If anyone has done anything similar, or indeed knows how I'd go about this, then I would be grateful for some advice?
