If you have placed a new or upgrade order for DirectRT v2002 you can download it here.  Download and run the set up program.  Afterwards, when you run DirectRT for the first time on each machine, you will be given a code to send to us.  Each machine will require it's own unique code in order to run DirectRT which we will send to you usually within 24 hours.

Be sure to read the license agreement and disclaimers during the set-up procedure. Also, be sure to read the readme file for notes regarding installation, set-up and system requirements.  Note that the manual will be located in the help folder following installation.

DirectRT requires Microsoft DirectX Version 7 or later in order to run properly.  If you have DirectX already installed, you can check the version by typing 'dxdiag' from the Run command on your Windows Start menu.  If you do not have DirectX version 7 or later, then you can download it here: DirectX.  Windows ME, 2000 and XP will not require this download.
